policy

• Clients are required to disclose and reschedule the session if their child or anyone from the household have a high temperature or any other symptoms of illness including a new, continuous cough, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste, runny nose or vomitting in the previous 48hrs.

• Please check your temperature before arrival, wear a face mask, remove shoes when entering the studio and sanitise your hands. Please try not to touch any props and limit personal belongings at your appointment

• Please arrive on time. Unfortunately I cannot take you early or late.

• Please be mindful of the cancellation policy in place. Cancellations must be no less than 24 hours before the appointment. If cancelled within 24 hours a cancellation fee will be charged.

• Toilet facilities are out of use unfortunately unless absolutely necessary. The sink will be in use for hand washing only

• Immediate family members only - from one household per session

Customers will be asked for contact details for Test and Protect purposes. This information is retained for 21 days so that it can be shared with Test and Protect Teams, if required.
